THERMAX 中粒子热裂解法炭黑N990在EPDM轮胎垫带中的应用
THERMAX热裂解法炭黑N990是天然气热裂解生成。热裂解工艺似的炭黑具有粒径大和结构低的特点。THERMAX N990中粒子热裂解法炭黑具有粒径大和粒子聚集度低的特点。THERMAX广泛用于要求优秀动态性能的用途中。大粒径(低表面积)和低结构可以获得低压缩永久变形、高回弹性和低滞后损失,因而能保留橡胶胶料自身原有的聚合物性能。作为非补强炭黑,热裂解法炭黑经常在胶料中与炉法炭黑和/或矿物填料并用,来降低成本和获得具体物理性能。
本技术公告提供了THERMAX在EPDM轮胎垫带中不同填充度的测试结果。在该用途中使用THERMAX可获得如下性能:
--与仅使用炉法炭黑相比,轮胎垫带可提高填充度;
--由于炭黑填充度高而降低胶料成本;
--保持低硬度,防止内胎边缘撕裂;
--优秀的回弹性能、低压缩永久变形、低生热
